9 WordPress admin themes: There aren’t a lot of developers and designers working on admin themes for WordPress and I was really pleasantly surprised to find this list on welovewp.com. This posts lists nine themes for the administration back end of WordPress. Some of them I had seen before such as Tiger and Spotmilk, but there were a few that were new to me. Josh (I am assuming that Josh wrote the above post, this is why an about page is so important and posts should list authors) has included thumbnails and small reviews for each of them. I’ve seen an example or two of his work, and it looks very good – good enough, in fact, that I’ve put a request of my own in. There is a catch, though. From Ant’s blog: What’s the catch? Well, there’s always a catch. To be eligible for a Free Custom WordPress Theme, you should meet this criteria: You blog should have at least a Pagerank of 4. Your blog must be older than 8 months. Your rss subscriber count should be more than 50. You cannot remove the footer link, “designed by Turk Hit Box”. If you meet those criteria and are interested in a professionally designed theme, then go check out Ant’s site and put your request in.
