   what is your baseline criteria for new plugins to be mentioned in your list?

     Plugins must be available for free, licensed under the GPL, and free of sponsored links, advertisements, common WordPress exploits, and viruses.

     Plugins are almost aways included if they meet the criteria and are submitted via the Plugin News forum: http://weblogtoolscollection.c.....ss-plugins

     After that, plugins emailed directly to use are accepted if they meet the criteria, and then I usually rummage through the official directory for new and updated plugins. Personal favorites are always more likely to be added at this point.
