If you have not already used the UploadBin offered by Weblogtoolscollection.com click on the link and try it out. It is a public upload application for file distribution much like pastebin but for files (and much more secure for users).

However, since a lot of people are not comfortable with leaving their files on a public server and I have received a considerable number of requests for the source, I have put together an install for the product and it can be downloaded here. The software is released under the GPL and does not contain any warranties or gaurantees either implied or promised. Use at your own risk.

Please let me know if there are any bugs or if you have any suggestions.
