ClickTale Heatmaps: Much like CrazyEgg, ClickTale promises to help you understand how users interact with your site to gain insights into maximizing usability of your site. In addition to cool heatmaps, ClickTale will offer videos of user actions including mouse movements and judging from their beta questionnaire, they are still feeling around for pricing models. Google Launches Pay-Per-Action This new beta launch of Pay Per Action Ads from Google and AdSense has really gotten the affiliate marketing industry in a tiff (though I must be over estimating the reaction). In simple terms, you can setup keywords to display ads from, make them look like ordinary AdSense ads and when your user clicks the ads and performs a certain action, you get a cut. I love Andy’s spin on the issue. Of course the blogosphere is abuzz with this news. I know that Darren signed up for the beta test and I would love to hear some real feedback. Is this really another spin?
