Just a suggestion, but it might be a little easier to go through all of the submissions if the full posts weren’t displayed in the home page and subsequent pages. IMO, there’s way too much scrolling to do to review them all, even if I had time to. Maybe just show the first two paragraphs for each post with a “Read more…” link.
Right now, it seems like too much information is being presented, with too many images and too many different font sizes. I have a hard time telling where one post ends and the next one begins.
An avid fan of business, education, technology and finance. I lead a lean, highly focussed and capable team of Java Back End developers and Front End developers through a maze of complex software wizardry to fulfill the web maintenance needs of a large chemical manufacturer. As per Myers-Briggs Personality Types, I am an ESTJ. I pride in a project completed on time and according to plan. My hobbies include all kinds of technology, anything that I can taste and anything that goes fast or flies in the air. I like to read business books and comics in my spare time.
Wohooo looking forward to the winners this year, too bad have not been qualified to be a judge
So the number of ratings do have an effect on how the competition turns out?

That is a good point. We might put together something specific for the front page but will not happen right away.
