TweetiePie’s purpose in life is to bring in your most recent updates from twitter and put them on WordPress. It properly linkifies hash tags, @replies, and URLs. This can be done by using a widget or as a direct function call. It’s super-easy to get your tweets on the sidebar. Simply supply your username, how many tweets you would like to display, and whether or not you would like to show the date.

Adds a fancy hideable Feed Box to your Post Page and boosts your subscriber count.

Updated Plugins

SEO Ultimate

This SEO plugin can handle titles, meta, noindex, canonical tags, 404 monitoring, and linkboxes. Version 0.7 adds a Module Manager.

Loop Post Navigation Links

Template tags (for use in single.php) to create post navigation loop (previous to first post is last post; next/after last post is first post).

Store Locator

The Store Locator plugin empowers web developers & web site owners to easily manage and display any set of important stores, products, or other locations on their website in an easily searchable manner. Uses Google Maps.

Virtual Multiblog

Virtual Multiblog allows you to run more than one blog off a single install of WordPress. Each blog is managed as a completely separate install — separate admin sections, separate users, etc. They will happily co-exist with different themes and plugins activated. The biggest advantage is that you will only have to keep one set of program files up-to-date, and this method should be expandable to as many different blogs as you like.

Geotagged photos are automatically given a link to show where they were taken in the google map.

Automatically add links on your posts, pages and RSS feed to your favorite social bookmarking sites.

Thank you for the post. Glad to learn of the continuing development of Virtual Multiblog (VMB) for single WP. I am going to check it out.

I first noticed VMB by Stephen two years ago when I compared, tested and chose between Drupal, WPMU, Lifetype, Lyceum, VMB on single WP, and Pivot to incorporate to an existing site. WPMU won out because in addition to other variables like user-friendly interface in the backend, I also needed to and was able to import and aggregate all blogs of a church whose staff were either using Blogger (pre Google purchase) or were using GreyMatter (yeah, the venerable blogging system using CGI) into one installation, WPMU 1.2. Amen ;0
Thanks for triggering this memory trip, how time flies.

I like the idea of having buttons for people to tweet your post. the only problem I have is that some people already have so many plugins that adding another one is just crazy sometimes. I actually visit the plugins for tweeting your post and some provide javascript which you can insert into your theme like Tweetmeme and Twittley. This is so much better for me.
