lots of good variations, I like the typography theme by 317 its creative especially the top navigation menu .. I never seen a calendar archive in sucker-fish menu, nice one lol even thought there is 53 xhtml errors.
Personally at first glance, Hamasaki and Typography begs to be clicked. I never give Typography-based themes the miss because IMO they are not easy to create. It demands extra creativity to produce outstanding designs and I give props to theme designers who dare take the plunge.
