   I still don’t like using the user review rating system as much now. I would rather have more user feedback in terms of comments, and/or allowing them to email in with suggestions. A simple 4 star vs. 1 star tells me I am lacking, but it leaves the specifics to question.

   I agree with Andrew (the first one), leaving a comment with the review would be mucho more helpful.
