Friendly fast is good stuff, especially with google taking more site speed and page load time into account here. Good themes weblog!
Friendly Fast is, in fact, outstandingly light as measured by Yslow (about 116KB and only 14 HTTP requests with the placeholder content). Parquetry, on the other hand, loaded very slowly for me, in an Ajax window – only preview available – and on my rather pokey Internet. Couldn’t check Yslow because of the Ajax window. The Purple theme was not much heavier in preview than Friendly Fast.
