Why is it necessary to plug adware-infected themes in your blog? I’m feeling a strange ‘install Dashboard feed remover plugin’ urge coming on.
David Russell – Because he is giving people a choice. He is pointing out which ones have sponsored links, and I think he is doing what’s best for everyone. Besides, there’d only be two themes on todays post if he removed the sponsored themes completely.
bah 5 out of 7 are sponsored and not even that good.
ajay, what timezone do you base your theme of the day post on?
just curious! 🙂
So specific timezone actually. But I’m located in India, which is GMT+5.5. I usually blog anytime during my day depending on how much I can fill into the posts.
ah great, thanks for your swift response.
reason d`etre for my question was the future release of my new themes.
In the past you were so kind to add them afterwards to an existing “themes for xx/xx” post, but I want to time then so that you can pick them up in your regular routine.
cheers,
jez
Do use the News forum to post your theme releases. That’s the first place I look.
ah great, I think I already got an account. I will post some new FREE themes this week. Thanks for letting me know!
Just as a counter-point to David Russel up above there, there are those of us who would prefer more choice to less and don’t mind the sponsored link themes especially when Ajay is taking the time to note each and every one as such.
For people who don’t like them, as far as I can tell there is no force which compels you to click on the links for those particular themes.
As always thank you for the great information Ajay.
You’re welcome. As per our policy out here, we will continue listing Sponsored Themes but will note them as I currently do.
For those who don’t mind the links, the sponsored links the themes give additional choice.
