    It’s wonderful tnhat new releases and updates are available to clear various bugs. However, might it not be a good idea to ensure the updates – in this case 2.1.1 – are actually on the download page before announcing them? At the time of writing, the only release available for download on the page linked here is 2.1 Ella, and not 2.1.1 or 2.0.9

    Pi, If you download it from the download page, you get 2.1.1. The page hasn’t yet updated.

    I don’t blame you either, because I too had got confused at first.

    Wonderful! I hope it solves the known bugs in 2.1. :)

    Hello,
    a little help please…
    Upgrading from 2.1 to 2.1.1 means that you have only to upload (replace) the 22 new ones php files?
    Thanx

    regards

    Thanks Ajay: that’ll teach me to look at the flashing lights and not at the product itself!

  6. Ajay (209 comments.) says:

    @gidibao, yes just that.

    @Pi, well, guess the product update shall come sometime soon on that page…

    Hm, its a problem for me that there is no changelog/changed files file included in the wp package – i have modified some of the php files and i have to check changes manually…

  8. Ajay (209 comments.) says:

    Martin, you’ll have to use a program like Examdiff to compare the files.
