It looks cool, but unfortunately the data for my neighborhood is wrong. Not “a tad off” but astoundingly, phenomenably wrong. It values our house at $1.2 million, when it’s worth maybe $200K. The house down the street, currently for sale at $220K, is listed at $1.6 million.
Also, I can’t believe we let our last house go for $175K, apparently it’s worth $2 million.
It would be helpful to know what city or state the innacurate list prices have shown up. I live in Los Angeles and the prices were right on. In fact, a neighbor recently listed their home on Feb. 16 for $759K and we thought “no way” b/c it was in such bad shape. Never knew about zillow until this past Monday. The zillow site was right on AND my neighbor’s house sold in 4 days. The rest of the homes in our neighborhood are also correct. Please include a city or state in your emails. Very helpful.
when i logged on to your site and looked for homes in my county you had address right but county wrong for all of my area … my county is jackson in state of mississippi NOT what you had posted

Please hurry and get Churchill County, Nevada into Zillow.com system.
We are a small town and growing faster than the tumbleweeds. We already have a SuperWal-Mart. Where are you? We are only 15 miles from Fernley, Nevada which is the fastest growing city in the United States. Thanks.

Hahaha! I love automation.
I checked the house that I rent here the other day. It said its 1 bedroom/1 bath. When I changed it to 4 bedroom/2 bath the price went way up.
I’m not sure how accurate it is because we rent. But I’m sure our house is worth 600k. Most of the houses in this neighborhood go for around 400k.
The site had the other houses on our street listed for only 250k.
Err.. my fault. I meant our house ISN’T worth 600k.
