    Conflict with Comment Quicktags plugin. They don’t play well together.
    so I’ve installed the one of Collin to avoid the conflict.

    Jonathan, Kubrick seems to use quite a difference schema for the template. In the plugin, replace the following line:
    <code>$content = preg_replace(“#<h2 id=\”comments\”>#si”,$addon.'<h2 id=”comments”>’, $content);</code>

    with:
    <code>$content = preg_replace(“#<a name=\”respond\”>#si”,$addon.'<a name=”respond”>’, $content);</code>
