Since I am as excited about this release as I was about WordPress 2.0 (I consider 2.0 to be a significant milestone), I am collating them here with each discussed feature bulleted under each of the links.

This is a nice summary of whoever is blogging about Wordpress 2.3. Except Ryan, not many others were talking about it until now outside of mailing lists and forums(and Trac).

1. Better pagination in posts when using SEO Urls - now additional post pages address looks like this: domain.com/post-title/2/, when it should be: domain.com/post-title-page-2/
2. Inherent internal link managment system - this should be independent of the Permalinks
