   Presumably this is the video chat that’s been available in M$N, YIM etc. for over a year?

   Skype is probably the best solution for cross platform video conferencing at the moment. Make sure you enable port forwarding for your skype port on your router - makes a difference in call quality.

   Regarding video in Google Talk - keep an eye on Marratech - Google bought them a few months back - we can assume their video conferencing tech will make it’s way into Google Talk.
