Movalog: Quicktags for Comments: This is for a Movable Type blog, but if you can get around code, you could easily make it work on any blog tool, including WordPress. I vote that the default WordPress install allow quicktags in comment forms as well. Anyone up to rewriting this as a WordPress hack/plugin?
