Have you tried the new jetpack plugin? I think that is pretty cool since I came from wordpress.com and moved to wordpress.org.
in my wordpress pannel v3.1.3 appears to auto update but v3.2 dont apears…

Yes, 3.2 is still a beta release, but you can use the WordPress Beta Tester plugin to get it.
does the dashboard in wordpress 3.1.3 work in google chrome 11? or is that one of the things there beta testing? I never thought I’d hear myself say this, but I’m starting to like chrome
It seems to work just fine for me in Chrome 11. What kind of trouble are you having?
