Wow, a $25 fee on the Pure CSS Horizontal Menu? That’s the first time I’ve seen a fee for a WordPress plug-in, although I can be sure there are plenty more…
That’s for a commercial installation. If your using the plugin to make money…why shouldn’t you pass along a little of the profit? A business wouldn’t expect to get other services for free.
The personal version is FREE unless of course you like using the plugin and want to thank the author with a little bit of cash. It always helps.
