No, it isn’t. It is offering Community Server to its users. WordPress et al is mentioned as software that was written for Apache instead of IIS.
I see only one mention of WordPress in the article, and it is in relation to Microsoft’s rival web server product, Apache.
Microsoft is offering DotNetNuke and Community Server, not WordPress.
I work for Telligent Systems. We own and built Community Server. Its built on ASP.NET so thats why its Windows mostly. However, thats to the work with the Mono Project (which I’m also an official developer on myself) its possible to run communty server on Linux with Apache.
