WP Plugin: DWBliki DWBliki is a DokuWiki plugin for WordPress that DOES require a few changes to the core WordPress files. [EDIT] I was a little off, it DOES NOT require changes to the core WordPress files, it requires manual config changes to be made to the DBliki files.

The statement is not accurate. Just to clarify. dwBliki is a WordPress plugin that DOES NOT require any changes in the WordPress core, but only a single line change in DokuWiki at the moment. And that single line change won’t even be necessary as DokuWiki author Andreas Gohr has promised to make it into the future releases. See this for detail. I have used on my blog and find it useful.
