In my quest for finding a good photolog (and creating/writing my own) I have come across some very interesting sites, tutorials and such. Here is a list of sites out there. – MT Photolog Conversion tutorial: Great resource. Looks like there are a bunch of ways to convert a Movable Type installation to a photolog!
– A list of photolog software online (mostly paid, from photologs.org)
– potiphoti – yet another photolog
– PhotoStack: from Noel Jackson, very powerful and very, very customizeable
– Another 5 step photolog using Movable Type
These are only a few that I have found. I am, of course, looking for more. I want to incorporate the best of these into WordPress (or die trying ;-)) Please let me know if you know if any others.
I came across Qdig yesterday and haven’t tried it out but saw it in use here and it looks interesting and appears to be easy to use. Seems like it could be a useful addition to a WordPress powered site.
