The Windows Live Writer folks did a nice job. Also check out RocketPost, http://www.anconia.com/rocketpost. It’s far more advanced than Writer, and there’s a free version. (I designed it.)
I have been playing with it for the last two days. It works fine and fast. Too bad I am moving away from Windows to Linux. Finally Uncle Bill (or maybe cousin Ozzie now) comes with great goodies when I already said goodbye to the OS. Ray, what about a Linux version?
If you regularly insert code (C#, XML, VB etc.), then you might find my code formatter plugin of interest. Please take a look at http://stevedunns.blogspot.com.....-live.html
Cheers, Steve.
An avid fan of business, education, technology and finance. I lead a lean, highly focussed and capable team of Java Back End developers and Front End developers through a maze of complex software wizardry to fulfill the web maintenance needs of a large chemical manufacturer. As per Myers-Briggs Personality Types, I am an ESTJ. I pride in a project completed on time and according to plan. My hobbies include all kinds of technology, anything that I can taste and anything that goes fast or flies in the air. I like to read business books and comics in my spare time.

I’ve been playing with this thing for a week or so, and so far it works great.

That plugin and many other plugins, as well as tutorials incl. screencasts, are listed on Windows Live Writer plugins.
