  10. Notepad has an option to:

    DOWNLOAD THIS THEME or PURCHASE THIS THEME to remove credits and use on multiple sites for just $29.95.

    I thought that Weblog Tools Collection had a policy against highlighting paid themes or ’sponsored links’ themes
