   Mark,
   Andres Nieto had written a similar plugin a time ago… but he included the chat function that you can use as in digg.

   Wp-Fisgon has spanish, english and german versions

   This seems like a nifty, yet almost useless plugin. Do you really need/want to know what your readers are doing the second they do it? I also imagine this would put quite a strain on your server if you have a blog with a good amount of visits.
