WP Plugin: WP e-Commerce Lite: A full featured shopping cart plugin for your Wordpress blog. Not sure how much help this is to the average joe, but I am sure some people will make good use of it.

For the average Joe, he can put up his own small ‘café press’ type section on the blog
For the not so average Joe, he can sell downloadable goodies and whatnot…I definitely see some potential in this plugin.
Actually, it’s been on my own plugin to-do list for nearly 6 months and I’m glad to see someone out there was reading my mind
