WP Password Reset

Reset your lost WordPress administrator password: Say you have forgotten your admin password AND the WordPress “forgot your password?” link in the admin login screen does not work for one reason or another (such as wrong email address, spam, etc.), you have no access to the database and cannot rattle off MD5 hashes from memory, then you could be in a jam. If you find yourself in this mess, you may upload this highly insecure script to your server, visit the page specified on your blog and follow simple instructions to reset your password to all its previous glory. The admin is sent an email to make sure things are kosher. Also, please remember to delete the file off your server. I can see this turning into a hack epidemic.

Gadu Gadu Plugin provides your Gadu-Gadu status (statusu) and allows people to add you to their list of contacts (kontakt). PXS Mail Form is an advanced contact form based on Ryan Duff’s Contact Form, but with several inbuilt checks to prevent spam. Picasa Web Album widget is a widget designed to visualise a predefined number of random images of your picasa account. Embedded Stock Data is a WordPress plugin for placing stock data directly into posts. Data comes from Yahoo Quote Server, and is refreshed when browser is refreshed. Kaccordion Multipack is an implementation of jQuery, interface, jReflection and Accordion. ScoreRender renders inline sheet music fragments inside posts and comments into images. It supports ABC, GUIDO, Lilypond and Mup music notations.

Plugin Page WordPress Stats Plugin Plugin Mission Add highly available, highly versatile statistics similar to WordPress.com to your WordPress.org hosted blog. Plugin Vision (Features) Wordpress.com has had a very nice statistics package for its users for some time. This plugin adds the same statistics to a WordPress hosted blog. Automattic does require that every user have a WordPress.com API key for the installation but it is very painless to get and the statistics generated are fantastic. There has been a lot of good press surrounding this plugin and Andy and the Automattic team have done a bang up job on it. Lots of items are monitored by the statistics plugin and the usual suspects are available. Building your own WordPress Plugin Series: Ronald over at Devlounge has been putting together a very nice series of articles on developing WordPress plugins. Though I believe that these are not designed for the hard core programmer (WordPress newbies might benefits from a quick looksee), they are written quite well with good examples and might make a good project for the weekend coder. I link to the News Post since I cannot find a good place where all the articles are linked.
