I’d love to submit a plugin in this competition, but when I recently requested WordPress Extend hosting, the submission was inexplicably deleted from the “Requests” queue after about a week.
The plugin was GPL-licensed and didn’t violate any WP Extend guidelines. An email to the WordPress Plugin Directory admins hasn’t been replied to.
(In case any Extend admins are reading this, the plugin was titled “SEO Ultimate” under the “SEO Design Solutions” user account.)
Is there any way I can participate if the Extend directory refuses to host my plugin?
What is the mail adress to send my request to ?

@John: Try resubmitting your plugin to the Extend directory. It may well get approved second time around.

I have posted my plugin in the blog – now – now should I send an email with the plugin details? If yes, What’s the email address?
I have a question:

If a plugin has been release to wordpress.org today (the very first upload for my plugin), does this mean that the plugin cannot enter the competition?
JS: If you released your plugin after the 1st of May, it is eligible for the competition.
