What does this plugin do?
Seen the DiggBar on Digg.com? Adds a similar feature to your WordPress blog. Use your blog as a short link service with Easy Link Creation. Feature any link on the internet with a custom URL such as http://www.internetriot.com/?bing. Also feature social network links such as Facebook, Twitter, and Digg.

I can see the merits, but also think a lot of people may end up hating this plugin.
Wasn’t it the digg bar that people were complaining about only a few months ago? I seem to remember it causing issues when you navigated a few pages, then tried to close it. The idea is interesting, but I’m afraid it’d be more of a pain for users than it’s worth. Is this plugin by any chance done differently?
