Impact is a completely updated version of an ancient (2004) WordPress theme - with header and links colors configurable by javascript color picker from the admin panel. The original had a cookie-controlled stylesheet switcher.
It's a fixed-width, 2 column theme with right sidebar, compatible with WP 2.2. and has been tested on Firefox 1.5, 2.0, Internet Explorer 6 and Opera 9. This theme is not sponsored, and is released under the terms of GPL v2
