Homepage Excerpts allows the user to control how many posts should be displayed in full in his homepage, and how many should be displayed as excerpt. The plugin has 2 main objectives:
1. to improve the SEO of blogs that choose to display full posts on the homepage (by transforming the posts in subsequent pages into excerpts automatically)
2. to give more flexibility to bloggers that want to use both full posts and excerpts on the homepage, but in an automated way and without the need to use "more" tags
