    The AWSOM News Announcement plugin for Wordpress has been updated to version 1.2.0. With this release you can now use the Advanced Visual Editor to create your News Announcement text. This release also features higher security, the ability to turn off the display of your news announcement block, and some minor big fixes to prevent rss issues.
