This is another theme I love for its sheer simplicity. At the risk of sounding like a broken record, the theme is crisp and clean and loads very quickly. The sky is the limit with respect to customizing it via colour and/or background images.
I like the way you've incorporated Thickbox to display the links to Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions in the footer - I've not seen that before. Cool.
