Winchell is a Child Theme for the Hybrid Framework. Named after Walter Winchell it is a rework of the original Hybrid News child theme. This theme was developed by special request.
Winchell has an easy to edit header image. Just create a new image 960px by 200px, name it header.jpg and upload it to your images folder.
