    Attractively designed. I noticed one problems, though. If a visitor is using Firefox with Ad Block Plus or ad-blocking plugins, the button for the form displays, but clicking on it doesn't display the form.

    uhm, that's strange
    We've tested the plugin with ABP activated but that problem didnt occur
