    What's the license on your theme? It isn't listed on the theme page or in the theme files.

    Is it released under the GPL?

    Yes, but that's not actually a software license. Is it GPL? If so, it needs to have a statement in the style.css file, like the themes at http://wordpress.org/extend/themes/
