Very nice theme. I like how you've integrated PageNavi, TimThumb and Catch the Image.
A question: in your post you state this theme is released under the GPL but in the license file included in the download package it states Creative Commons Attribution 2.5 License. Which is it?
Edit: Whoops. Just noticed something. There is an error in 404.php at Line 18

I really like the theme, with the clean layout and the use of the plugins as mentioned above.
I do think that the active link color like the page you're on with blue on blue is kind of clashing (header). Maybe a lighter color of blue would work a little bit better (same with the "DynamicWP Twitter" text).
other than that I really like it. Nice work! ;)

Hi dynamicwp. Still waiting for clarification on the theme's license. The info in the post states GPL but the license included with the theme in the download says Creative Commons 2.5. Which is it?
