  1. I've just released a beta version of a desktop tool called UseShots Editor.

    It's a free specialized program that will help bloggers take screenshots, annotate them and instantly publish on their blogs.

    Current version works with WordPress' blogs only (both self-hosted and Wordpress.com-hosted).

  2. I have an update that makes it possible to play with UseShots Editor even on live blogs without need to publish anything.

    Just save your article as drafts until you are confident enough with the program.
