NoWayOut WordPress theme:
Three column fixed black/red layout with a magazine or say non-blog-style. Frontpage shows the four latest posts asigned by categories. Plenty of place for welcome or description text is onboard too in its own column.Two widgetized sidebars, built in are recent comments and related post in the functions php, second sidebar shows excerpts of the latest five posts.
