    You Name It is an extremly simple WordPress Theme with 2 sidebars. Thre Sodebars are in Adsense format 160px and 250px.

    Going by the screenshot, it's a catchy-looking theme. I've downloaded the files and they appear to be clean of any weird coding. Haven't had time to test it out, but will before the day is done. It'd be nice to have a demo site up, though.
