The Turquoise Theme is a simple free WordPress Theme 980px wide with 3 Sidebars and an Option Page to populate the Footer. One Sidebar is on the right side optimized for Adsense 250px Ads. Two Sidebars are on top of the postings and below the Posting. Good for 468px Ads. The Theme is GPL license and supports localisation. Six languages are already included.
