I´ve made this Theme for one of my Projects, where i write articles about Graphics Software and Photoshop plug-ins. It´s a lillte bit "old style". You can see it live here.
The PhotoTheme comes with 7 Sidebars / Widgetzones in Adsense Formats. There is also an option page to populate the footer.
The Lizense of the Theme is GPL
