Coffee Lite Theme is a free, stripped down version of the popular premium theme Coffee Break from WooThemes.
The theme is made by Premium Mod. We modify commercial GPL premium theme and release it to public for free.

I've given this post a lot of thought. Since the original theme by WooThemes was released under the GPL and since I am a huge supporter of the GPL I will allow your post to stand for that reason and that reason alone.
The GPL allows you to redistribute the code so long as you keep the original credits intact.
