Chirp is a Twitter inspired Wordpress Photoblog/Videoblog Theme. You provide your Twitter information and the theme will be styled the same as your Twitter account.

Interesting. Looking at the code I assume it pulls its styling from Twitter?
Further to what gestroud asked, when submitting themes here please state the license under which it is released in accordance with our Submission Guidelines.
