After changing my old theme, i decided to share it with wordpress community. In near future i’m planning to improve theme with options etc..

Very nice, I like the blue. For some reason this theme performs lightning fast in my test environment. (which is good)
A couple of suggestions:
1. You have a file called error_log included in the download package - might want to get rid of that.
2. You have the theme packaged using the RAR format. To ensure the widest possible usage for your theme you should package it in the ZIP format so that people can take advantage of WordPress's built-in theme upload feature. I use an open-source utility called 7Zip. One of its features is that it allows you to compress files in the ZIP format.
