Nice looking theme. However, as I said in a previous thread, if this theme is released under the GPL then users are not obligated to keep footer links intact. It would be nice if they did but they are not obligated to do so.
Additionally, this also appears to be a sponsored theme and as such we cannot feature it on the main site.
