Nicely done. This is a nice theme for photographers to showcase their work. Some good options in the backend.
Some suggestions if I may:
1. Place your theme files in a folder called "kozuka". When I unzipped the package I ended up with files all over the place :)
2. You have a __MACOSX folder in the download package
