And, again, why no demos for your themes? Pretty basic these days...
Further to what Ajay said, although this particular theme appears to be clean (that can change at any time) I would caution users to stay away from that site as the other themes DO contain obfuscated code.
Seems that this theme was originally made by someone else and is freely available on the original designer's sites.
