I wrote a tutorial on creating a WordPress theme using Yahoo UI CSS Grids Builder, Jon's Smooth Gallery, and Aptana.
Here's the link to the tutorial. It comes with the WordPress theme I worked on as well as the initial HTML files before conversion. The theme is released on copyleft so you can basically do anything with it :-)
