Modern, textured, simple design
I have to say it is the simple designs that are my favourite. Some of the things I like about this theme are the large post headlines, the large post dates and I really like the roll over effect of the RSS sidebar link.
It's also cool of you to include the PSD - doesn't happen too often with free themes.
It's mentioned on the release page but I'll mention here as well, theme is released under the GPL.
