BlogStarter v2.0 - WordPress theme for Developers

    BlogStarter is an empty theme, used as a starting point for custom designs.

    Version 2.0 has some great improvements, including compatibility up to WordPress 2.8.6, a cleaned up CSS system, and a re-organized functions.php.

    Some new additions include: built in admin options areas to make adding custom theme options pages easy, custom functions to easily list latest tweets anywhere, add a fading slideshow gallery that reads off any folder of images, add a flash movie anywhere in the theme, and more.

    This is not a ready-to-go theme, just a hollowed out framework for starting your custom theme. Probably not ideal for beginners...

    Can something be Creative Commons and GNU at the same time? Licensing terms and all of the attendant legality gets kind of complex at times.

    I have a few blank themes tucked away. Looks like I've got another. Can never have too many blank themes/frameworks. ;)

    Holy crap on a cracker. I was wondering why a theme download package weighed in at 2MB until I opened it up. Nice touch adding those PDFs.

    By the way, you have a __MACOSX folder contained within the download.

    @len - Thanks. Thought I would include some of the nice cheat sheets I have found along the way and the guides I already had to give to clients anyway. Thanks for the headsup on the weird folder. But I don't see it. Where was it?

    @Gestroud - I just copied the title from Creative Commons site. Don't know much about these licenses and don't care much either, just want to make cool free stuff available and get credit where credit is due.
